Can you hide the wires?
Yes — this is one of our most-requested services. We run the TV power and HDMI cables inside the wall so nothing hangs below the TV. Most drywall installs take 30–45 minutes extra. For brick, stone, or tile walls, we use low-profile concealment channels or on-wall raceways painted to match. You pick the finish you want, we handle the rest.
Can you mount on brick, stone, tile, or fireplace?
Absolutely. We come equipped with masonry bits, concrete anchors, and diamond-tipped drills for brick, stone, tile, stacked stone, and stucco. Fireplace mounts are a specialty — we check heat clearance, venting, and flue routing before drilling, and can often relocate components to below the mantle to keep your TV cool.
Do I need to provide the mount, or do you bring it?
Your choice. If you already bought a mount, we'll use it — no extra charge. If not, we carry a range of professional-grade fixed, tilting, and full-motion mounts on the truck and can recommend the right one for your TV size, wall type, and viewing angle. Mount pricing is listed on our Pricing section.
How long does a typical install take?
A standard drywall mount with no wire concealment takes 30–45 minutes. Add 30–45 minutes for in-wall wire hiding. Brick, stone, or fireplace installs typically run 1.5–2 hours. Smart home integrations and full AV setups are quoted separately. We give you a realistic time estimate when you book — no surprises.

Do you work on plaster, concrete, or older walls?
We install on lath-and-plaster, concrete block, poured concrete, and older plaster-on-wire-mesh walls regularly. We use a Walabot in-wall scanner and thermal imaging to locate studs, wiring, and plumbing before drilling — so no surprises in those harder-to-read walls.
Do I need to be home during the install?
We recommend being home so you can approve the TV height and placement before we drill. If you can't be there, we'll coordinate entry with you, send photos before committing to the mount location, and text when we're finished. Payment isn't collected until the job is complete and you're satisfied.
What if something goes wrong after the install?
Every install is backed by our 1-year workmanship warranty and $1,000,000 in liability insurance. If anything shifts, loosens, or doesn't hold, we come back and fix it at no charge. Call or text (480) 903-4769 and we'll schedule the callback same-week in most cases.
